  • Non-working fans, connectors, or display ports

  • Opened or tampered GPUs (e.g., removed screws, BIOS flashed)
  • Overclocked GPUs
  • Physical damage (cracks, bent pins, broken components)
  • Damage from poor-quality or unstable power supplies
  • Power surges, lightning strikes, or electric shock
  • Systems without UPS protection
  • Any third-party modification or attempted repair

  • Accessories that arrive non-functional
  • Accessories that become defective under normal use within 30 days

โŒ Not Covered (Accessories)

  • Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear
  • Functional damage caused by power surges or external factors
  • Any product altered, opened, or repaired by the customer

  • Items reported more than 24 hours after delivery as damaged
