Open-box items are products that have been opened but are often unused or barely used. They may come from clearance sales, excess inventory, or display models. These items are typically in excellent condition and are available at a much lower price than brand-new ones, making them a great deal for those looking for high-quality tech at a reduced cost.
How do you determine the condition of used items?
For used items, we use a rating system out of 10, which is purely cosmetic and does not affect performance. Every product is fully functional regardless of its rating.
- 10/10 β Perfect condition, no signs of use
- 9/10 β Like new with minimal to no signs of use
- 8/10 β Excellent condition with very light cosmetic wear
- 7/10 β Fully functional with minor cosmetic imperfections
- 6/10 or below β Heavily used, visible wear (We rarely sell these)

How do we test our products ?
Every item undergoes rigorous testing before being listed. For GPUs, we perform multiple tests, including Furmark, Unigine Heaven, Superposition, OCCT, and VRAM stress tests to ensure stability, performance, and thermal efficiency. We also conduct a visual inspection to ensure each item meets our quality standards. We never stock products we arenβt fully satisfied with. If needed, we can provide testing videos upon request.
Can I see real photos or a testing video before I buy?
Yes, absolutely. We understand that buying open-box or used tech requires trust β so weβre happy to provide real photos or a short video of the actual item youβll receive.
Just send us a message on WhatsApp, and weβll show you the condition, packaging, and even a quick video of the item running performance/stress tests, if you'd like.
What does the warranty cover for GPUs?
We provide a 30-day warranty for GPUs, offering refunds or exchanges if the GPU has functional issues.

We provide a 30-day warranty for accessories (keyboards, headsets, etc.), covering refunds or exchanges for functional defects.
